The hotel's location near Broadway and major attractions was fantastic. The room had a great view and the bellhops were helpful. However, the room needed dusting, hot water took awhile, and the mini bar was overpriced. Some noise from traffic outside. Staff was friendly, but rooms didn't have identical facilities. Extra charges on credit card, but eventually refunded. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a fantastic location.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, albeit doubles instead of queens. The location, just a block from Times Square, was convenient for exploring the city. While some small details like the lack of duvet covers and minor housekeeping oversights were noticeable, overall, our stay was enjoyable. The prices were on the high side, which is typical for Manhattan, and the additional charges for food were not ideal. However, the excellent service and prime location made up for these drawbacks, resulting in a great experience overall.

I had 4 nights in New York City, spending the time here lovely. The hotel had a favourable location short walk from a movie theater.

The newly renovated Double Accessible room at Intercontinental New York Times Square was so comfy! The beds were super cozy, and I loved the view of the Hudson River from my window. The spacious accessible bathroom was a big plus too.

I found the club chair in the room a bit stiff for my liking.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk and breakfast team. Although we had minor issues with towel and toiletry replenishments, they were quickly resolved by the efficient staff. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.

From the majestic Majestic Theater hosting The Phantom of The Opera to the hustle and bustle of Times Square, our family was spoiled for choice. The hotel's team ensured our every need was met, whether it was recommendations for family-friendly activities like horse and carriage rides in Central Park or providing seamless service at every stage of our stay.

My wife says that a children's play area would be a great addition for families.

The view from the high floor was breathtaking, overlooking the city's skyline. the hotel's location was super convenient, with everything you might need just steps away: restaurants, a pharmacy, and even the subway station. the room was clean and cozy, and the staff, especially the doormen, were friendly and helpful.

One thing that could be improved is the communication regarding additional charges, like the minibar credit. It would be nice if the staff mentioned it during check-in to avoid any surprises later on.

The Hotel was very nice. The Staff was very helpful and polite. The location was good for getting to other parts of the city by subway or bus. In my stay with my 19-month-old baby, we enjoyed the live entertainment for relaxation and explored nearby landmarks like Central Park and Times Square , which truly enhanced our family bonding experience. The room had a beautiful view of the New York lights, but it was a bit run down with some maintenance issues. Ultimately, despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Our recent family trip to a 5-star hotel in Times Square, surrounded by amazing eateries and tourist spots, was truly memorable. We had easy access to the subway line and circle line pier, perfect for visiting museums and taking short cruises. The fitness room and lovely bathroom were top-notch, and delicious food from the restaurant was a great post-theatre treat. Our ambassador member status allowed us access to in-room amenities like wonderful turn-down service with chocolates and fruit baskets.

Great Location & Staffs: Located on 44th Street, this hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Times Square. The friendly and helpful staff gave me a room with spectacular city views, making my stay truly memorable. As young families, we loved the excellent location above Port Authorities 42 street tube with a direct line to the airport. It made our 45-minute travel time to the airport so convenient. Additionally, the 5-minute walk to Times Square and all Broadway shows was perfect for us!
